These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website and your purchase of a ticket to The Inner Game Experience, held November 12, 2026 at The Hilton Melbourne, 200 Rialto Place, Melbourne, FL 32901 (the "Event"). By purchasing a ticket or attending, you agree to these terms.
1. Tickets and admission
- A ticket is a revocable license to attend the Event and admits one named person.
- Tickets may not be resold above face value or used for commercial promotion, advertising, contests, or sweepstakes without our written permission.
- Valid photo identification matching the registration name may be required at check-in.
- We reserve the right to refuse admission or remove any attendee, without refund, for conduct that violates these terms or venue rules.
2. Pricing and payment
Ticket prices are stated in U.S. dollars and may change at any time before purchase. Pricing tiers, early-bird rates, and VIP availability are limited and may close without notice. Prices already paid are not adjusted if the price later changes.
3. Refunds — all sales final
All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. Ticket purchases are governed by our Refund & Ticket Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference. By purchasing, you acknowledge that no refund will be provided for any reason, including non-attendance, program changes, or speaker substitutions.
4. Program changes
The agenda, session content, timing, speakers, and venue arrangements are subject to change. We may substitute speakers or adjust the program without notice. Meals and inclusions listed at the time of purchase will be provided in substantially similar form.
5. Attendee conduct
We are committed to a professional, harassment-free environment. Harassment, discrimination, threats, intoxication that disrupts the program, unauthorized selling or soliciting, and disruption of sessions are prohibited. Violations may result in removal without refund and exclusion from future events.
6. Photography, recording, and media release
By attending, you grant us and our partners the irrevocable, royalty-free right to photograph, film, and record you at the Event, and to use your name, likeness, voice, and statements in marketing, promotional, and educational materials in any medium worldwide, without compensation or further approval.
Attendees may not record, livestream, or broadcast Event sessions without our prior written consent.
7. Intellectual property
All Event content — including presentations, slides, workbooks, frameworks, recordings, and the contents of this website — is owned by us or our speakers and is protected by copyright. It is provided for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, teach, or resell it without written permission.
8. No professional advice or income guarantee
The Event is educational. Nothing presented constitutes legal, financial, medical, or psychological advice, and no earnings or results are promised or guaranteed. Any examples of results are illustrative and depend on individual effort, market conditions, and factors outside our control.
9. Assumption of risk, release, and limitation of liability
You attend the Event voluntarily and at your own risk, and you are solely responsible for your own health, safety, travel, insurance, and personal belongings. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release and discharge the organizer, Dr. Orly Amor, Francis Papineau, and their respective companies, speakers, sponsors, partners, employees, contractors, and the venue from any and all claims, demands, injuries, illnesses, losses, or damages arising out of or related to your attendance or participation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, all Event content and this website are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Our total aggregate liability arising out of the Event, this website, or these terms will not exceed the amount you actually paid for your ticket. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including travel, lodging, lost profits, or lost business opportunity, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the organizer, its speakers, sponsors, partners, staff, contractors, and the venue from any claim, liability, loss, damage, or expense — including reasonable attorneys' fees — arising out of your conduct at the Event, your use of this website, or your breach of these terms.
11. Health and safety
You agree to comply with all venue rules and any health, safety, or security measures in effect at the time of the Event. We may deny entry to, or remove without refund, any person who poses a risk to the safety of attendees, staff, or the venue.
12. Governing law, dispute resolution, and class action waiver
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. The parties will first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us at the address below and allowing thirty (30) days to respond.
Any dispute that is not resolved informally will be settled by final and binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, conducted in Brevard County, Florida, by a single arbitrator. You and the organizer each waive any right to a jury trial and to participate in a class, collective, or representative action. Claims may be brought only in an individual capacity. Either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court. If arbitration is held unenforceable, any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Brevard County, Florida, and you consent to that jurisdiction and venue.
Any claim must be brought within one (1) year after the claim arises, or it is permanently barred, to the extent permitted by law.
13. Website use
You agree not to misuse this website, attempt to gain unauthorized access, scrape content, or interfere with its operation. We may modify or discontinue any part of the site at any time. Any third-party links are provided for convenience only and we are not responsible for third-party content, products, or practices.
14. Severability, waiver, and entire agreement
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, that provision will be limited or severed to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will stay in full force. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it. These terms, together with the Refund & Ticket Policy and Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and the organizer regarding the Event and supersede any prior statements, advertisements, or representations, whether verbal or written. No employee, affiliate, or promotional partner is authorized to modify these terms.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; the version posted at the time of your purchase governs that purchase. Questions can be sent to Info@orlyamor.org.
