Refund & Ticket Policy

All ticket sales are final. No refunds are provided under any circumstances. Seating, catering, venue commitments, and materials are reserved in advance based on registration counts, and those costs are incurred whether or not you attend. This no-refund policy applies to every purchase, including General Experience tickets, VIP tickets and upgrades, group purchases, and all add-ons, and applies regardless of the reason for non-attendance — including illness, injury, travel disruption, weather, scheduling conflicts, work obligations, family emergencies, or change of mind.

Partial refunds, prorated refunds, and cash equivalents are not available. Payment plan or installment obligations, if offered, remain due in full.

As a courtesy, and solely at the organizer's discretion, you may request to transfer your ticket to another individual. Requests must be submitted in writing at least 72 hours before the Event start time and must include the original purchaser's name, order confirmation number, and the replacement attendee's full name and email address. A transfer is effective only when confirmed in writing by the organizer. Transfers are not a right, are not guaranteed, and do not create any entitlement to a refund or credit if a transfer cannot be arranged.

Failure to attend, arriving after sessions have begun, leaving early, or being denied or removed from the venue for any reason does not entitle you to a refund, partial refund, credit, or transfer of any kind.

The agenda, session content, timing, format, inclusions, speakers, and room or venue arrangements are subject to change without notice. Substituting a speaker, altering the schedule, or modifying any element of the program does not constitute a cancellation and does not entitle a ticket holder to a refund, credit, or discount.

• If the Event is rescheduled, relocated, or converted in whole or in part to a virtual or hybrid format, your ticket will automatically be honored for the revised date, location, or format. No refund is issued in this situation.
• If the Event is cancelled outright and not rescheduled, the organizer will, at its sole discretion, issue a credit valid toward a future event produced by the organizer for twelve (12) months from the original Event date. Credits are non-transferable, have no cash value, and are not redeemable for money.
• Under no circumstance is the organizer responsible for travel, airfare, lodging, parking, meals, time away from work, or any other personal or business expense incurred in connection with the Event.

VIP benefits — including prime seating, the VIP swag bag, and the private reception — are limited in quantity, are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-substitutable once purchased, and have no cash value if unused. Availability of any individual VIP benefit may change, and such a change does not entitle you to a refund.

The organizer is not liable for any failure or delay in producing the Event caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including severe weather, hurricane, fire, flood, natural disaster, epidemic or pandemic, government or public-health order, venue closure or failure, loss of utilities, labor dispute, civil unrest, or act of terrorism. In any such event, the terms of Section 5 apply and no refund is due.

By purchasing a ticket you agree not to initiate a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal that contradicts this policy. Initiating such a dispute may result in immediate cancellation of your registration, denial of entry, and exclusion from future events, and the organizer reserves the right to recover the disputed amount together with any fees and costs incurred.

This policy is incorporated into and forms part of the Terms & Conditions. No employee, representative, affiliate, or promotional partner is authorized to vary this policy, and no verbal statement or informal communication modifies it. Any exception must be granted in writing by the organizer and applies only to the specific instance stated.
